OUR STORE POLICIES
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Orders usually received within 5-7 business days. Any order submitted after 4pm Friday will ship out the following business day on Monday.
Once you place your order and it's processed, you will receive tracking by email.
Please contact us with any questions by email in regards to your order.
All sales are final, however we do provide returns/exchanges for damaged items.
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged item for a store credit.
Please submit a claim by email and include pictures of damaged items. Please allow up to 24hrs for us to reply.
Once your claim is approved, a store boutique credit will be issued to you by email.
You will have 90 days to use your boutique credit.
Customer is responsible for paying for return label & postage to return the order back to us.
